All Luno products carry a 365-day warranty for defects in product manufacturing. A warranty is granted to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Luno does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alter

What is your return & exchange policy?

We’re happy to take your Luno product off your hands if you aren’t in love with it. Items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund (not including shipping charges).

I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. What do I do?

If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right so you can use your Luno

Do you offer a Buy-Back Program?

I got a new vehicle, can I send my Luno gear back and get gear that fits my new vehicle?
