What is your warranty policy?Updated 2 months ago

3-Year Warranty on all Luno Gear:

All Luno products (* including pre-owned gear) carry a 3-year warranty for defects in product manufacturing. A warranty is granted to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Luno does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended. Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Luno Life.

If you believe your product may be replaceable under warranty, please fill out a warranty application for your mattress or accessory here.

For warranty requests on Luno gear that was gifted, we will need the original order number to move forward with our warranty process. 

Luno will ship the warrantied product back to the customer via ground shipping free of charge for shipments within the United States, Canada and Australia. Return shipping and shipment insurance charges for non-warranty related returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All original mattress items (mattress, base extenders/head support bridges, air pump/air roll bag, and carrying case) must be sent back to Luno in order to receive a replacement mattress. 

If a non-Luno item is accidentally sent back in your return package, Luno is not responsible for sending it back. You are responsible for providing a return label for Luno to send it back. The return label must be emailed to [email protected] within 1 week of your package being received by our returns team. If a return label is not sent within 1 week, the item will be disposed. 

Please note: Processing of warranty claims can take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the time of year.

* Please note that your replacement will also be Pre-Owned Luno Gear. 


Optional Add-Ons:

Luno Mattress Lifetime Warranty: Our Lifetime Product Replacement Warranty is available with the purchase of every Luno mattress on Lunolife.com (beginning February 2021). If you choose to enroll in this extended warranty, your Luno mattress is covered for life. This means we will replace your mattress if you run over it, your dog chews through it, you accidentally drop your open pocket knife onto it, or get a new vehicle that requires a different mattress size.

Luno Accessory Lifetime Warranty: Our Luno Accessory Lifetime Warranty is available with the purchase of every Luno Accessory on Lunolife.com (beginning May 2021).This means we will replace your accessory if it is damaged in any way, no matter how it happened. The warranty is only applicable to one accessory item, so please purchase as many warranties as you need.

Luno Bundle Lifetime Warranty: Our Luno Bundle Lifetime Warranty is available with the purchase of every Luno Bundle on Lunolife.com (beginning May 2021). This warranty covers every item included in the bundle. We will replace each item in your bundle one time if it is damaged in any way, no matter how it happened. Each item in your bundle can be warrantied and replaced at a separate time if needed. 


Lifetime Warranty Details: 

Please note that Lifetime Warranty coverage can only be purchased at the original point of sale and cannot be retroactively applied. The warranty can also be applied to Pre-Owned Luno Gear, but please note that your replacement will also be Pre-Owned Luno Gear. All Lifetime Warranties are only eligible for one use. For example, a lifetime warranty purchased with your original order expires as soon as it’s used to get a replacement item; lifetime warranties cannot be added to any replacement gear. 

If you purchase an added-on Mattress, Accessory or Bundle Lifetime Warranty, but experience any issue with your Luno Gear within 3-years as a result of a manufacturing error, we will replace your gear under the included 3-year manufacturing warranty. In this case, your Lifetime Warranty will be transferred to cover your replacement gear.

All replacement gear is entitled to the same 3-year manufacturing warranty as originally purchased gear. 

Your lifetime warranty will not cover return shipping costs for returns that are not warranty-related. 

Unfortunately, we cannot replace Luno Gear that has been lost or stolen, as the gear must be returned by its original owner in order for the warranty to be honored.
