3-Year Warranty on all Luno Gear:

All Luno products (including pre-owned gear) are backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The Included 3-Year Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects only.
  • Original order number.
  • Pre-owned gear (please note that the replacement will also be pre-owned).

The 3-Year Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Improper use, misuse, neglect, or maintenance.
  • Damage from use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Warranty Process:

  1. Submit a warranty application here.
  2. If approved, Luno will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
  3. You must return all original mattress components (mattress, head support bridges [if applicable], air pump/air roll bag, carrying case) to receive a replacement.
  4. Warranty processing can take 2–4 weeks, depending on the season.

Warrantying Gifted Gear:

  • We require the original order number to process warranty claims for gifted items.

Shipping:

  • Free shipping on warrantied items within the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • If you accidentally send back a non-Luno item, you're responsible for providing a prepaid return label within 1 week. Otherwise, the item will be disposed of.


Optional Lifetime Warranty Add-Ons

Available only at the time of purchase on Lunolife.com. Lifetime warranties are one-time use only.

Mattress Lifetime Warranty:

  • Covers all damage (e.g., punctures, pet damage, accidents).
  • Applies for the lifetime of the mattress.
  • Replacement provided for any reason, once.

Accessory Lifetime Warranty:

  • Covers any damage to a single accessory item.
  • Must purchase one warranty per item.

Bundle Lifetime Warranty:

  • Covers every item in a bundle.
  • Each item can be replaced once, even at different times.

Lifetime Warranty Details

  • Must be purchased at checkout.
  • Can be applied to pre-owned gear (replacement will also be pre-owned).
  • If your product is replaced under the standard 3-year warranty, the Lifetime Warranty transfers to the replacement item. All replacement gear is entitled to the same 3-year manufacturing warranty as originally purchased gear. 
  • Lifetime warranties cannot be used more than once, even on the replacement item.
  • Lifetime warranty does not cover return shipping on non-warranty returns.
  • Lost or stolen items are not covered under lifetime warranty; products must be returned to qualify.
