Do you have a Buy-Back Program?

Yes, we have a Mattress Buy-Back Program! Send your mattress back to us and receive up to 25% of your original mattress purchase in Luno store credit. 

To see if your mattress qualifies for our Buy-Back Program, fill out an application form here! A member of our Customer Success team will get back to you within 2 weeks with next steps. 

How it works:

  1. Fill out our Buy-Back Program application here
  2. Send your mattress back to us by mail (we will provide a pre-paid label)
  3. Receive 25% of the original mattress purchase in the form of store credit, minus $10 shipping fee. 

What gear is accepted for your Buy-Back Program?

We accept mattresses in new or like-new condition to our Buy-Back Program!

Accessories, pre-owned mattresses and Luno Air Mattress 1.0s are not eligible for our Buy-Back Program.

What condition does my gear need to be in to be accepted for your Buy-Back program?

All mattresses sent back to us as a part of our Buy-Back Program must be in like-new condition. 

All mattress components must be present and in good condition in order to be eligible for Buy-Back Program. This includes mattress, base extenders (if applicable), pump, and carrying case. 

If my mattress isn’t accepted, will you send it back to me?

If your mattress is received and it’s not in like-new condition, Luno will not send your mattress back to you and you will not receive store credit. 

Our Buy-Back Program is currently limited to the Lower 48 United States. Orders to/from Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are not eligible.
