We’re so excited for you to receive your Luno Gear!
Orders typically ship same-day or next-day. Once shipped, you can typically expect around 3-7 days for an order to arrive.
Additionally, please expect slightly longer delivery time estimates for orders to Canada and our Van Window Covers and Screens (which are handmade to order).
If you placed an order for an item that is on backorder, your entire order will be sent when all items are back in stock.
Luno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a claim with the carrier if your package was lost/stolen.
