Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package. What should I do?Updated 7 months ago

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet! Packages can turn up in mysterious places sometimes - please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.

If you still haven't found your package after the extra searching, it's possible the order was tagged as "delivered" before the package has been physically dropped off. This does happen on occasion.

If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 business days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please reach out to [email protected]. For our Customer Success team to be able to help resolve missing/lost package issues, you must reach out within 14 days of the delivery date listed in your tracking information. 

Luno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a claim with the shipping carrier if your package was lost/stolen. However, if you purchased our lifetime warranty, we will replace your missing package in the event that it is lost or stolen while in transit. Please note that we require a 2 week waiting period before we send out a replacement package.
