Outdoor Ground Mat (Upcycled)Updated 9 months ago
If the wilderness is your living room, the Outdoor Ground Mat is your carpet. Upcycled from retired Luno Air Mattresses, this tough, versatile mat is primed to protect you and your gear from the elements. Here’s everything you need to know that matters about mat use and care.
How To Set Up The Outdoor Ground Mat
Step one: unfurl it like a yoga mat on dirt, dust, sand, gravel, grass, or any other sweet surface your adventurous heart desires.
Step two – no, wait, that’s it.
How To Use The Outdoor Ground Mat
While there’s really only one way to set up the Outdoor Ground Mat, there’s a million and one ways to use it. Walk on it, change on it, use it as a welcome mat, lay on it, let your pups snooze on it, downward dog on it, use it as a kitchen counter when you’re cooking in the dirt–the world is your oyster. Matter of fact, shuck oysters on it!
How To Clean The Outdoor Ground Mat
Perhaps you’ve taken our oyster shucking jokes to heart and things got a little messy – don’t worry. Crafted from the same 300-denier Oxford nylon as our award-winning mattresses, Outdoor Ground Mat is easy to clean.
- For minor dirt, dust, and mud, hit it with a damp cloth.
- For major dirt, dust, mud, and manageable mystery substances, dunk it in a lake or river if you’re on the road. If you’re at home, bust out the hose and set it to max power. Or, if you don’t have a suitable outdoor cleaning area, bust out the rubber duckies and give the Gear Tote 50L a bath.
- For pesky stains, scrub it down with Formula 409®, BioClean™ All-Purpose Cleaner, or another general household cleaner.
- Whatever you do, avoid using household cleaners that contain bleach, as they can stain the fabric.
- Always let the Gear Tote 50L dry before storage.
