I only received part of my order – where is the rest of my gear?Updated 10 months ago

All Luno mattresses ship in their own package. If you ordered any accessories, they will be shipped in a separate package from your Luno mattress. Occasionally one part of the order will be delivered a day or two after the first. If you still haven’t received your complete order 3 days after the delivery date of the first package, please reach out to [email protected] – we’ll ensure that you get your full order in your hands as soon as possible!
