How do I track my order?Updated a year ago

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). Some orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple packages, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.

You will always receive communications regarding the delivery of your order through Luno. If you ever receive shipping communications from sources outside of Luno, you can reach out to us at [email protected] to verify whether they are legitimate messages or not.
