SUMMARY
Luno is looking for a native TikTok and Instagram Reels content creator and marketer with an eye for creating compelling and engaging social content. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, as well as a creative thinker and trend-setter who enjoys experimenting with platforms in unique and unexpected ways. This candidate is resourceful, organized, flexible and a self-starter.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content to grow our TikTok and Reels audiences.
- Create and post one TikTok and/or IG Reel video per day
- Collaborate with various teams at Luno to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity, as well as current priorities and company goals
- Monitoring and reporting of TikTok and Reels KPIs and metrics.
- Leverage performance metrics to drive decision making and idea generation.
- Excellent aesthetic, shooting, editing, and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of various editing software for mobile video media
- Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
ABOUT YOU
- You know the value of fresh, relevant, real time content and you practically live on social media.
- You are familiar with all social media marketing trends and are a first user.
- Extensive knowledge of TikTok and IG platforms including trends, best practices, and their algorithms.
- You’d describe yourself as a self-starter with a solution-oriented working approach.
- You take outdoor trips on the weekends (or more)
- You have a vehicle that’s compatible with the Luno Air Mattress & other gear
- Experience at a DTC or e-commerce brand is a plus.
- Graphic design skills are a plus
